Yes, I got suckered in, after saying so many times I would watch Kate arrive – just to see her dress – and then I would watch no more, I ended up watching right up until the kiss on the balcony! Didn’t she look stunning, so calm and elegant and how cute were the little bridemaaids and pages!

So, the Royal Wedding got me thinking about my wedding, my hubby and I got married just over four years ago, I loved every minute of the day, and I still look back with no regrets, it was perfect, not in the ‘nothing went wrong way, because there were a couple of slight hic-cups, but it was perfect to us!

We had a fab church wedding, nothing like the size of today’s church, a proper intimate do, with hymns we had picked and a poem written by me read by my mum! For the reception we had Hula Hoops on arrival (significant because hubby proposed with a hula hoop), a film theme, edible flowers and a cake made of cheese! It was awesome.

Anyway, all this thinking made me get my wedding dress out for a look, I still love it now, it is the one most beautiful item of clothing I own and I couldn’t resist, I tried it on.  It was a little snug but I am very happy to say I could do it up – WooHoo!! So here it is…..

Snazaroo – Review

Izziwizzi Kids asked me to review the Union Jack Face paints from Snazaroo.

The pack comes with the three colours, red, white and blue, a small paint brush and a dinky sponge! I set to work with painting my son’s face with a St George Cross and my nephew with the Union jack – well I say that in the loosest terms – I am not much of a flag painter!

I was a little concerned that the paint wasn’t working when I first started to apply, but I then realised there were little plastic seals on the paint, once I had taken them off the paint was very easy to apply! the face paints are fab, the only problem I had was two very wiggly 3 year olds!

The paint was very easy to remove as promised on the box, and we had no problems with any reactions!

I have done a video review on this too, you can find it and have a look here!

I was asked to Review the White Chocolate Lenny Lamb from Thorntons for Izziwizzi Kids, you can see me in full video reviewing glory here! But I thought I would also tell you a little bit about him too!

Lenny is a White Chocolate Lamb with Dark Chocolate decoration, he also comes with a side helping of white chocolate buttons. Normally I wouldn’t choose white chocolate, I don’t dislike it but dark chocolate is my favourite and I would pick milk over white too! So this was quite a test for me, and I liked it! The chocolate was nice and smooth, it was sweet without being too sweet and as you can see Lenny is very cute!In fact hubby and I claimed Lenny as ours – the kids can have the buttons!

He is a perfect alternative to an Easter Egg for the kids this year and he is also on offer over at Thorntons website now in the form of 3 for 2!

Lenny was provided by Izziwizzi Kids for me to review
